iconic properties group is a real estate firm under stonehaus realty. As their lead graphic designer and social media manager, i was responsible for keeping their instagram up to date with the latest market news. i was also tasked with rebranding the brand deliverables including their letters, signages, and pamphlets.
design direction
The owner of Iconic Properties Group wanted a modern and minimalist design but was very particular with including certain design elements, such as a gradient colour and semi-opaque images as a background.
Aside from the aforementioned design elements, key design aspects that needed to be included included the colour blue and a sans serif font.
It is to be noted that real estate related designs prioritizes communicating information over visual appeal.

As part of the redesign project, I drew up a 6-month design plan outlining the issues at hand and the steps to take to resolve the problems.
